Penang, Malaysia has already been doing a great job of reducing plastic bag waste and now it is taking a step further by extending its “no plastic bag day” to all retail stores for Mondays beginning the New Year.

Looks like Penang will be able to prove itself as the “first green state” in Malaysia with its continuous efforts and the love for our planet earth!

The city of Santa Clarita (LA) agrees with me.

Think of the times when some of you are carrying or wearing one of your favorite accessories, consciously/unconsciously, you are bragging about them. It is because they are reflecting your image and they tell something about you.

Same is when I am carrying one of my stylish reusable recyclable totes… I feel great… as they are respresenting me.. I’d like to think I’m a stylish environmentally friendly lady!!
